Returnil Virtual System licensing is based on a subscription model and the product is frequently upgraded with performance and feature improvements. This means that there will be times when you will either need to renew your current product licensing or upgrade your current copy to a newer version. RVS 2010 is designed to make both processes simple.

Updating to a new release of RVS 2010

When a new version of RVS 2010 is released all you have to do is download a new copy and then install over your existing copy of the software. Remember, there is only one file for all available versions, so whether you download Home Lux or Home Free, if you have a valid license, you will have the appropriate version upon registering. If you are upgrading from RVS 2008 or RVS Labs, please uninstall these versions manually and then install the new copy of RVS 2010. Upgrading to a different version of RVS 2010

Upgrading to a different version of RVS is extremely simple and does not require uninstalling your current version of RVS 2010, even if you are using the unregistered free version. Pick your respective version below and follow the instructions:

• Unregistered free to registered Home Free: click Status > more details to open the License Registration screen. Now select "Free" as your license type, enter your username and e-mail address in the appropriate fields. After you are satisfied with your entries, simply click the "Register" button and let RVS do the rest. Note: Don't be alarmed if the registration does not happen right away. In some cases, it might take up to 24 hours for the registration to be processed.


• Unregistered Free or Home Free to Home Lux, Home Classic, Enterprise Classic, or Enterprise Premier: simply obtain a new License Number for the appropriate version from one of our online store links and then follow the instructions below.

Once you have your new License Number, open the RVS program interface and then click Status > more details to open the License Registration screen. Now select "Commercial" as your license type, enter your purchase user name, email address, and your new License Number in the appropriate fields. After you are satisfied with your entries, simply click the "Register" button and let RVS do the rest.

RVS client will contact our servers in the background and then will present you with a new alert message when the license has been assigned to your copy of the software. Note: Don't be alarmed if the registration does not happen right away. In some cases, it might take up to 24 hours for the registration to be processed.
